Pencilwood Barn, Molehill Green, Essex

Pencilwood Barn, known on the list description as Pye's Farm Cottage Barn, is a Grade II listed timber framed barn.  We were instructed to provide a heritage statement justifying the proposed change of use of the barn from an office to a dwelling, including the installation of new windows, internal alterations and an air source heat pump.
