7 Water Street, Liverpool

7 Water Street is a Grade II listed historic bank building, dating to 1896 by Grayson and Ould architects. A series of internal and external alterations were required to secure its long-term active use as a restaurant/ bar. Our role involved compiling a Heritage Statement to help secure the scheme for Gaucho whilst ensuring to preserve the special historic and architectural interest of the building.
