Building Recordings
Written Statement of Investigation and a Building Recording are often required post-approval of a planning application or listed building consent. We offer both of these reports and are well experienced in navigating the entire process of recording a building. We have recorded buildings ranging from Grade II* listed churches to non-designated heritage assets such as barns.
We can offer:
To write and submit a Written Statement of Investigation.
Photographing the building and preparing the building recording. If a heritage statement has not been submitted previously, we can undertake the historical research to set out the building's significance and evolution.
Recording buildings at either Level 1, 2 or 3 dependant on the conditions attached to the permission.
