Liath Heritage prepared a heritage statement in support of an application to remove the Grade II listed building from the statutory list of nationally listed buildings, demonstrating its limited architectural and historical interest.
The building was listed as part of a large update of listings in Liverpool on 19th June 1985, many of which were not internally inspected.
There is a lack of evidence to suggest any internal features of significance, and the building had been subject to a number of unauthorised works.
