4 Olive Mount, Wavertree

4 Olive Mount is  Grade II listed 1840s house. We were asked by the client to come on board when they encountered some issues selling their property due to unauthorised works. We were appointed to help regularise as much of the work as possible with listed building consent and to advise the client on what elements of the works would be considered unacceptable. Following successful interaction with the council all works were regularised under a listed building consent, with only minor alterations required.
