23-24 Chester Street, Wrexham

Two vacant Grade II listed buildings in the centre of Wrexham dating to the mid 19th century. We were instructed to provide a heritage statement justifying the  conversion buildings to be used as an aparthotel including the creation of an extension to the roof.
