Three Grade II Listed terraced houses which were in use as offices and had been entirely remodelled internally with limited features remaining. We were instructed to provide a heritage statement justifying the change of use of the buildings to nine apartments, including providing advice on how to create a sympathetic scheme which retained the remaining historic features.
